and i have also been thinking about shaving the chest, just haven&#039;t gotten around to it.  i used to do that but it got annoying and it takes awhile.  I don&#039;t know how girls shave their legs all the time</description>

		<description>Dude, your stomache looks fine.  I really don&#039;t understand what you&#039;re on about with all this six pack stuff.  But, you try breaking your workout in half.  Do half in the morning, half in the evening.  Your body&#039;s metabolism is elevated after a workout, and by working out twice a day you get that effect twice.  Also, at some point, you&#039;re going to have to shave the chest.  It&#039;s the only way to truly see definition on your abs.</description>

		<description>Hey Sandi :)  I think I look so angry because I just woke up... or I was concentrating too hard on flexing my abs lol.

I know the abs diet book says only one meal, but I read another philosophy that says one day.  I liked that idea better and think it will have better results.  I&#039;ll be writing a post about that soon.</description>
