So… I have a goal. For years I have talked about it. Everyone who knows me knows I want one. Finally, I’m doing something about it.
So, what is the goal? The SIX PACK.
How am I to get one? I’ve committed myself to four rules and set a target date of January 1, 2010. The four rules are:
1. Workout 5 days a week.
2. Eat healthy 6 days a week.
3. Sleep at least 7-8 hours EVERY night.
4. Be in bed by midnight Sunday thru Thursday.
With these four rules and complete dedication, I will have my six pack by January 1, 2010. You will see–because I will show you.
